#07-20: 05/07/07 --Istanbul International Music Festival--Part 1: We look at the artistry of Turkish harp soloist Sirin Pancaroglu, who takes us on a musical journey from the early Baroque (Frescobaldi) up to the time of Bach.

#07-21: 05/14/07 -- Istanbul International Music Festival--Part 2: Rumi--This year marks the 800th anniversary of the birth of the great mystic poet--we'll go to his burial place in Konya and hear a are Sufi ceremony.

#07-22: 05/21/07 -- Istanbul International Music Festival--Part 3: This week, we look ahead to the Istanbul International Music Festival 2007.

#07-23: 05/28/07 --Coro della Radio Svizzera, Part 1--This great Swiss ensemble will be performing at the Lincoln Center in New York on August 20, 2007, presenting Monteverdi's "Vespro della Beata Vergine" (1610 Marian Vespers). This week we begin a four-part look at their work in early music.

#07-24: 06/04/07 --Coro della Radio Svizzera, Part 2--Andrea Gabrieli--While we more often hear works by nephew Giovanni, one of the Coro's recordings is of the rarer choral artistry of Andrea Gabrieli.

#07-25: 06/11/07--Coro della Radio Svizzera, Part 3--Semini and Balsamino--We have heard the chorus in the past in works by Senfl and Carissimi--this week, far more obscure seicento composers.

#07-26: 06/18/07--Coro della Radio Svizzera, Part 4--Banchieri and Steffani--Two more Italian composers, one early and one in the middle of the early evolution of opera.
