#09-41: 10/05/09--Cappella Clausura: Recordings by the Boston-based woman's choir dedicated to compositions by women cloistered in convents ("clausurae").

#09-42: 10/12/09 --Music of the Polish Renaissance--One of the first series on our program 30 years ago was dedicated to composers featured in a new release by the Rutgers Collegium Musicum: Waclaw of Szamoulty, Marcin Leopolita, Mikolaj Zielinski and Bartlomiej Pekiel.

#09-43: 10/19/09--New from Harmonia Mundi II--A three-CD set by Jordi Savall featuring music by three great composers of the Spanish Golden Age: Morales, Guerrero, and Victoria.

#09-44: 10/26/09--Diminuito--The national broadcast premiere of the new release by lutenist Rolf Lislevand and his ensemble looking at the inventive Italian, Spanish and English 16th century.
