As we have done since 1979, we will have a quiet all-musical celebration of the season of Christ's birth.

Note: As we have done since 1979, we present a quiet celebration dedicated to music for Christmas. Our 2002 program uses a single disc: Eya pueri, featuring the Discantus Ensemble directed by Brigitte Lesne. Since much music for the events of the Twelve Days centered on children (particularly the Feast of the Holy Innocents on December 28, the Feast of the Circumcision on January 1, and Epiphany on January 6), there is also featured the children's ensemble Coro Easo directed by Xalba Rallo.
The music on this record is taken from the Office of Sens (organized in the late 12th century by Pierre de Corbeil),Beauvais, Notre Dame de Paris, St. Martial in Limoges, Moosburg (Germany) and Cividale (Italy).
