Once again this week our guest will be Thomas Binkley, director of the Early Music Institute at Indiana University, who will present his recreation of a musical entertainment by one of the last of the Northern French troubadours, the Trouvere, Adam de la Halle. The play of Robin and Marion is a tale of the battle of wits between the courtly seducer and the peasant girl... replete with a huge pageant of dance and celebration at the end.
